Have you ever said, “I wish I knew the Bible better” or “I need to study the Bible because I feel I don’t know it well?” The season of Lent that starts on February 17th this year is a GREAT opportunity to “get to know the Bible better” in a very approachable way. The focus of “Conversations with Scripture” is a study of the Gospel of Mark. The resource is written by Marcus Borg, a New Testament scholar with a reputation for making it all seem so easy to understand. Being literate in the language of our faith is critical for our own faith journies as well as for the wellfare and growth of the church. Increase your spiritual health and the capacity of our congregation to be a growing church by attending this study.
Tuesdays: February 23, March 2, 9, 16, 23

There is still a possibility of a Friday, in-home study that is still being formed.
