Connecting Through Story and Conversation

2022-01-26 19:00 2022-01-26 20:00 America/Los_Angeles Connecting Through Story and Conversation

How do we build the body of Christ in our time, given the limitations and opportunities? Getting together is important for the health of the “body”. The Program Cabinet has crafted an event for us to connect with each other through story and sharing on Wednesday, Jan. 26. Due to the current surge in COVID, it will be an exclusively virtual event. You are invited to think about some of the topics for conversation ahead of time. Just as people in November of 2021 shared experiences of value and meaning they have had during the pandemic, our conversations will touch on this as well. What is something you missed, was hard and how did you cope with that? Was there something that happened that helped you feel God’s closeness and support? What experiences through the ministries of the church made a difference? We will meet in smaller groups so we can have conversations closer to what we might experience if we were meeting in-person. Please email the Church Office to register for the event so a Zoom link can be sent to you directly. If you are new to Zoom and need some help figuring it out, please call the Church Office (909-622-1144). Your presence is important to us.
