How can we possibly have a congregational meeting right now? It is happening on Zoom, which provides a way for us to meet virtually, either on our phone or computer. Why are we having a congregational meeting right now? FCC Pomona is a congregationally ordered church; decisions are made by the Board and sometimes the Congregation as a whole. The meeting focus is twofold: 1) What does reopening for worship look like? 2) How can our congregation be part of slowing/stopping the spread of the coronavirus? The Congregational Meeting will take place on Zoom; you can call in on a phone line or connect on a computer. If you have not yet been on Zoom and would like someone to walk you through how to make the call or get online, there are several people eager to help you because your participation is important.
