The Labyrinth is an ancient spiritual practice. In the Christian tradition, it can evoke pilgrimage, or a container for grief, or simply a way to connect with the sacred. The holiday season can be overwhelming at times, so the labyrinth walk is offered as a time to slow down, connect with God, and get your bearings so you might be more prepared to receive the gifts of hope, peace, joy and love. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk the Labyrinth and there is a brochure available with practical suggestions for walking the Labyrinth for those who are new to the practice. Come receive the blessing of God’s healing Spirit. The labyrinth will be set up in the Fellowship Hall; please bring socks to wear while walking it. For questions, email fcc@fccpomona.org.
